On the 5th Ave District above retail space & walking to 100's of shops, bars & restaurants. Late night live entertainment can be found throughout Old Town. The space
The space is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale situated in the 5th Ave shopping district and entertainment district. This area at night is very active and music can be heard. Be aware there is a stairway to enter and sounds at night can be loud in this area.

This unit is located in the BACK of the building with access from the back parking area. Upon arriving, you will have access to a locked gate. Once through gate and up the stairway, you enter the outdoor patio area dedicated to your unit (laundry area next to patio is common space).

Upon entering the unit through the locked security door, you have full access to 2 bedrooms each fitted with a KING bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedroom 1 is fitted with an Eastern king bed and has a separate full bath with tub. The decor highlights the Scottsdale art and canal area. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a California king bed and has a separate full bath with shower. The decor highlights the Scottsdale Camelback mountains.

The kitchen is outfitted and comes with a coffee station allowing for a full pot coffee or Kurig individuals pods. The kitchen area had a dining table for 4.

To relax, the main room includes a sofa, chair, bench, and 55" smart TV.

The unit has gig Internet service from COX.
Guest access
Entire 2 Bedroom Unit. The patio area with sofa and table is dedicated to the unit. The laundry room next to patio is considered common space and may also be used by our turnover crew, laundry company, and owners from time to time. Generally at night, the outdoor space is very private.
Other things to note
Located in loud entertainment district and must climb stairs to access. Outdoor security cameras cover all outdoor entry areas and parking for the security of our guests.
