Charming antique style home with large country kitchen, living room, card/game or use room as back up eating room, master bedroom, master bath and laundry on first floor. On second floor- three bedrooms(full, full, 2 twin beds), full bath plus common area with flat screen TV and queen futon.
Separate Building/Guest quarters- very spacious room with cathedral ceilings, pull out couch with queen mattress and full bathroom with large bath/jacuzzi. Outdoor shower facilities located next to the cottage. Can also use a single sized air mattress on the floor if desired.
5 minute walk to the spring fed waters of Crystal Lake. 5 minute walk/30 second drive to a saltwater pond that has a public town landing and leads to Pleasant Bay or just kayak on “The River”. 2-3 minute drive to Pilgrim Lake. 5-10 minute drive to Nauset or Skaket Beach. House was a former 1830’s school house that has been added on to over the years. Park like grounds allow for some great hide and seek games while the rest of the family plays tennis or just relaxes on the back patio. Mature gardens offer something in bloom from spring to fall. You’ll see why we call our home “The Good Life”…
