Hot tub*walk to Snowplay*family cabin - Big Bear Lake

This wonderful cabin offers a fantastic balance of contemporary upgrades & rustic mountain touches. Charming wood details, soaring beamed ceilings, hickory floors, rock faced wood-burning fireplace. The open kitchen, SS appliances and granite countertops opens to the living and dining area. Secure location, close to the trails, closed off backyard and plenty of room to tune up your bike.
Single story with 3 bedrooms. On one end of the house is 2 king-size bedrooms. On the other end is the kid's playroom equipped with a 50" smart TV, foosball table, board games, bunk beds, and a writing desk. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a nice paver stone patio area and a propane gas grill. The cabin has one bathroom with a tub/shower. This cabin is perfect for 2 small families with the parents in the front end of the cabin and the back of the cabin is where the kids sleep and have their own space.

****HOT TUB****
If the hot /spa becomes non-operational at any time during your stay at Lazy Bear Lodge will do our very best to repair or contact the owner's service company to repair in a timely manner, for you. Lazy Bear Lodge does NOT offer any guarantees, refunds, or compensation if non-operational during your stay.

*****A $200.00**** minimum charge for the spa/hot tubs requiring draining, cleaning, and refill due to bacteria. Additional charges for filters if needed. Never use soaps, shampoo, bubble baths or any product that creates suds as this can cause damage to the spa/hot tub. The chemical balance of the spa/hot tub is constantly measured and changed due to alcohol, urine, cleaning materials, lotions, etc., and can easily trigger the necessity for a drain, refill and scrub.

**PETS**
We are a pet-free cabin. Having an animal would create a health and safety hazard for my family. It is a huge safety concern as my child has allergies. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

**BOOKINGS**
We request that the guest that is booking be 21+ years old.

**SECURITY SYSTEM**
The cabin is equipped with a Ring camera in the front. They are used during check-in, check-out, and security only. We respect your privacy during your time at the cabin.

**PARKING**
Please plan accordingly, our cabin is licensed for two cars to be parked in the driveway. This may change depending on how large your vehicle is. There is no parking or additional parking nearby.

**WINTER TRAVEL**
During the winter months, 4x4 and chains may be needed to enter the Big Bear area. Our guests should check the weather forecast and road conditions before heading up.

**BATHROOM**
The shared bathroom has a modern feel to it. There are plenty of extra towels and are stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

**ENTERTAINMENT/WIFI**
Our cabin is WiFi-enabled. All of the bedrooms and living area have smart TV's that have Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, ESPN plus, and YouTube ready. For Amazon Prime, you will have to log into your own account. We also have classic board games.

**TRASH**
Because of our location in the mountains and the local critters that live there, all trash must be taken with you to the Clean Bear Site at 41970 Garstin Dr, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Each bag left on the property is subject to a $50 penalty/deduction from your security deposit. (this is the fee cleaning staff will charge us for disposal) Dumping your trash anywhere else will forfeit your entire security deposit. Big Bear has a $1000 fine for littering, please keep our community clean and safe for the local wildlife.
