Welcome to Hooch Hideaway! This beautiful cabin was built in 2019 and is a luxury-built mountain oasis tucked into the quiet and relaxing holler of Bootleg Mountain. This mountain and holler was known for the illegal distilling and running of moonshine also known as "Hooch" during the prohibition era. Hence, the name "Hooch Hideaway" was born.
The Cabin sits on a private 2-acre lot with a flowing creek running through the lower end of the property. The cabin is 10-20 minutes from all the exciting activities in and around Blue Ridge GA. The cabin features 2 ensuites and a bunkbed room. This cabin accommodates 10 people comfortably.
This beautiful mountain modern cabin rental is perfect for families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the porches or grilling on the top deck or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the surrounding mountain woods offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway!
Main FloorLiving room: wall of windows, a gorgeous stone gas fireplace, and a 65” Roku/Satellite TV.
The loft area is off limits to guest due to safety precautions.
Half bath
Laundry room: Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Master Suite: King bed suite has top deck access, 55” Roku/Satellite TV, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower and a freestanding bathtub.
kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove and oven, an ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker and coffee drip maker, and an electric wine bottle opener. You will be able to cook and prepare all your meals with all the kitchen utensils you need.
Dining: Seats 6 with 2 additional seats at kitchen island.
Top Deck: beautiful stone wood fireplace, a 55” Roku/Starlink Satellite TV, outdoor seating furniture, and a grill.
Lower Level:
Family Lounge Area: Wet bar with a sink and mini fridge, large sectional couch, a stone gas fireplace, 65” Roku/Satellite TV, small 4 person table, multiple board games an arcade game with over 3,000 games on it as well as multiple boards games.
Master bedroom: King bed, 55” Roku/Satellite TV, walk-in closet and attached full bath with walk-in shower.
Bunk Bed Room: Two (2) sets of Bunk beds with full bottom beds and twin tops beds that will sleep up to 6 comfortably also has a walk-in closet.
Full Bath: Shower/tub combo, toilet and sink.
Lower deck: Outdoor seating, hot tub that seats 7 at a time, double bench hanging swing. From the lower deck you can make your way down the hill to the fire pit surrounded by 8 Adirondack high back chairs. You will also be steps away from the running water of the creek flowing through the lower end of the property.
Driveway: Paved roads to cabin, gravel driveway

*Exterior security cameras (2) audio/video recording in use (24/7) with motion/audio sensor on front door bell and on top balcony overlooking back yard fire pit and woods. It is prohibited to tamper with the cameras. Anyone tampering with cameras may face cancellation of reservation with no refund.
*Breaking any of the house rules will terminate the agreement and/or you will be requested to leave the property and forfeit any payment and the security deposit as well as possible fees.
*We do not allow parties or events.
* We do not allow pets. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought in to the cabin without being approved, there will be a $500 fee. We take this matter seriously due to possible allergies from future guests.
* No smoking of any kind allowed on property (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc ) as this is a respect thing to future guest with allergies. Those who ignore this rule will have a $500 fee charged to you.

• Please report any and all damage or breakage. We inventory the cabin
supplies after each stay. Accidents happen, so please report any
damaged or lost items so we may promptly replace them.
• Guests must lock all doors and close all windows prior to leaving the
property.
• All trash must be placed in trash bags before being put in the outside
trash bin. A local ordinance prohibits the placement of loose trash in an
outdoor trash bin. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 fee.
• Hot tubs must be covered when not in use.
• No disruptive behavior. Please remember that this is a peaceful
mountain community and that neighbors, although not visible, are
present.
• Keep music and conversation at reasonable levels, drive safely, and
respect that there are other property owners within the community.
• Please don’t trespass against our neighbors, unless invited.
• Guests must be 25-years or older to reserve the property.
• If the property is left dirty or requires excessive cleaning, an additional
cleaning fee will be charged.
• No smoking. No smoking allowed in cabin or on patio area at any time. A
$500 fee will be charged
• No Pets. A $500 fee will be charged if this rule is broken.
• Guest are prohibited from tampering with internet router, wireless
extender, google extenders, starlink router or cable boxes. If unplugged
you will lose internet, cell phone and cable tv.

will service amenities as soon as we can possible upon notification.
• STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS. No refunds will be given for storms.
We do not refund due to road conditions.
• Our Cabins utilize a septic system. Please do not dispose of feminine
products, wipes, napkins, paper towels, tissues, diapers, Q-tips, cotton
balls, hair, etc. in the sink or toilet. TOILET PAPER only
• Kitchen does not have a garbage disposal, please put food waste in
garbage bag to prevent clogging of septic system.
• No Pets
