Placed directly next to a picturesque stream, you’re sure to enjoy the soothing sounds of running water while relaxing on the spacious deck, equipped with a propane campfire for s'mores. Settle down for a calming evening with the cabin’s beautiful furnishings, brand new gas fireplace, and delightfully comfortable queen bed. Reconnect with nature and live like a mountain man.

The Honey of a Cabin will delight you with its quaint and comfortable style. Unlike anything you’ve experienced before, the cabin’s large deck overlooks the forest’s stream and is the perfect space for sleeping bags for those who want to dream beneath the stars. Inside, enjoy the newly installed gas fireplace, small fold-down kitchen area for simple meal preparation, and luxurious queen bed with a down comforter. The portable restroom and outdoor sink (equipped for summer/fall) makes up for the lack of indoor plumbing or running water, in this nature-inspired cottage. Become reconnected with nature and experience “glamping” like never before at the Honey of a Cabin.

Water to outside sink is turned on May 10th and it is turned off November 1st due to freezing temperatures.

No indoor plumbing but a nearby stream. Gravity water purification system for clean drinking water from stream during winter. The outhouse is a portable restroom. The refrigerator is the very small kind about 3 feet tall.
