Overview

Our home is in the heart of Glens Falls. We are just minutes away from Cool insuring arena and 15 minutes to Lake George & Saratoga. Haviland’s cove beach on the Hudson River and the bike trail are within walking distance from our home. Our home has a full gym with a treadmill. We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.
Our place has 4 bedrooms. The 4th bed is in our finished basement, it is less private (no doors). We have 2 bathrooms. One has a tub/shower and the other is a stand up shower. Open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. Off street parking for 4 cars. We also have a 2 car attached garage for parking. Family room lower level with a full bar and game room. You also have your own personal gym! Massive private patio with a gas fire place stone seating and grill. We also have a laundry room on the lower level. Entire home is newly remodeled.

Getting around

During the summer months there are trolleys that pick you up in downtown Glensfalls. The travel to Lake George shopping outlets and into the heart of Lake George village.

Please make sure your dishes are done and put away, also please remove shoes in household and make sure house is broom swept before you leave. We have a nest camera facing driveway with 24hr recording. No one under the age of 21 permitted to book our rental, ID's will be asked for to confirm. Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy. If cancelled before 30 days you will be given a full refund, if cancelled after 30 days no refund will be given.

We are also close to six flags great escape amusement park. No parties or events. We have a security camera facing driving. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to rent our home.
