Located on a privately owned 200 Acre farm you will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, canoeing and various local attractions like the Shenandoah National Park.

River house is nestled on the beautiful Shenandoah River with a spectacular year round river front view. Being located on the water front is amazing in the fall and spring. River house is decorated in an Early American Colonial Theme with many antiques and period decor. Enjoy the mountain and river views while relaxing and taking it easy on one of two covered porches or from the hot tub. Vacation in style while having the full features of a home at your finger tips. Explore the river or the nearby national parks, all at your own pace.
River house is a great place to relax. Enjoy a local hike along the river walking along a well worn path or venture into town for shopping and dining. The Shenandoah National Park is also very close by and offers many recreational opportunities.

Guest access will include the entire house as well as almost a mile of hiking path along the river, canoe, hot tub and fire pit.

Guests will have access to the concierge via phone, email and text.
However will obtain access information and address from Air BNB.

The house is located on the historic 200 Acre Rivercrest Farm near Shenandoah Virginia. The farm was part of an original land grant from the King of England.

An automobile is essential as there is no taxi or bus service available.

A river front cabin is also available on the property and may be rented in addition to the River House to allow for larger parties. The Cabin sleeps up to 8 guests.
