Beautiful top floor private 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Louisville: the Clifton/Crescent Hill area.

With a neighborhood walking score of 76, our cozy condo sits just east of downtown and the NuLu district, centrally located to the majority of hospitals in the area. Close to major highways I-64, I-264, I-65, I-71, and less than 15 minutes to Louisville International Airport.

This charming 100 year old building sits within a preservation district among other historic dwellings and interesting architectural structures, giving the neighborhood a magical character. Nestled in the back of an eclectic, quiet street with no thru-traffic as the road leads to the building's parking lot. You will have a dedicated parking spot in the carport area.

The top floor (3rd floor) condo provides both security and privacy. The unit includes keyless entry on both the front and back doors while building access requires keypad entry for all residents of the 6-unit building. In addition, each unit is thoughtfully situated so neighboring walls connect only in the hallway providing an additional layer of privacy. The unit can be accessed by either interior front or back stairs providing flexible entry and exit.

The amenities of each bedroom have been carefully designed for rest and relaxation. Comfy mattresses, pillows, and soft linens will help support a good nights’ sleep after a long day on your feet. Blackout curtains and touch lamps with built-in USB ports are just a few added touches to each bedroom.

Relax and soak in our clawfoot tub after a long day. Teak bench holds all of your necessities right next to you- including your favorite book! We also have a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom which has both a regular shower head and handheld. Use one or both at the same time!

Getting around

We are close to bus lines and a short Uber or Lyft ride to downtown and surrounding attractions. Our city has lots of scooter options as you get closer to the Butchertown/NuLu area a couple miles away.

Explore the Clifton, Crescent Hill, and Butchertown neighborhoods by way of a trolley ride! Launched in 2004, the F.A.T. Friday Trolley Hop has become a signature event on The Avenue. Held on the final Friday of every month beginning in April, this event attracts thousands of people to enjoy free trolley rides to participating shops, restaurants and galleries along the Frankfort, Mellwood, and Story Avenue corridor. Many of the businesses host live music and entertainment, complimentary refreshments and special sales on trolley hop nights.

No parties. Our home is located in a residential area and in a small building with five other units. We want to respect our neighbors' privacy and the HOA's quiet times while providing a tremendous experience for you.

Tobacco use is prohibited in the home, balcony, and common areas inside the building. Immediate termination and $250 fee applies if there is evidence of use.

Please be mindful of the noise you are making. Quiet hours start at 10pm.
Please feel free to use any of the supplies you can find in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and cupboards. If something is used up, please let us know so that we can replenish it for the next guest.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping on or in the property. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes (vaping), or smoking any other substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoke smells or other evidence of the above will result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.
Absolutely no illegal activity is allowed on the property.
Garbage and recycling are collected from the bins under the carport, closest to the front of the building. When the bins inside the home are full please transfer the bags to the outdoor bins. Please make sure to close the lid.
Sorry, this is not a pet-friendly home. Bringing animals onto the property will result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.
Events, parties, and large gatherings are prohibited.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No additional visitors are allowed on the property at any time without prior approval from the owner.
Must be at least 21 years old to book.
The rental agreement as well as other required paperwork must be returned within 24 hours of booking for the reservation to be valid.
A photo ID copy is required with the signed rental agreement.

After 48 hours, full refund, minus the first 30 days prior to check-in.
