There's a fenced in yard with and in-ground pool, patio, fire pit and grill.

Conveniently located near I-295, Providence, Bryant University and other attractions are nearby while offering over 2000 square feet of space to relax!
4 bedroom 1 bath townhouse located on the second and third floors of a historic two family colonial home. Amenities include a private kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy the bright living room with TV (chromecast available) or office if you need to catch up on some work.

The pool is available during the summer and there's also a patio and fire pit.

There's a separate first floor apartment for rent by request if more space is needed.
