This is a minimum 30 day rental. This cozy half duplex is nestled in an acre hill in the middle of an established, wonderful neighborhood surrounded by single homes. It has one bedroom and one bath, the kitchen is open to the living area and includes a refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. We have high cleaning standards for our properties. In addition to enhanced cleaning practices, we run an ozone machine after each move-out to kill any bacteria or germs.

This location is super convenient to wherever you need to go in Nashville. It's near Opry Mills mall, the airport and a short drive to downtown. You'll enjoy the privacy and the peace and quiet.

There are grocery stores and restaurants within a mile. We recommend locally owned eateries such as Nectar Cantina which has an outdoor patio and live music, McNamara's Irish Pub with live music, Homegrown Taproom, Wine Down Nashville and Darfons. We love the lake, boating and our Boxers (they love the lake, too)! You are welcome to come to our place and use our pair of 12' kayaks which you can put in Percy Priest Lake across the street from our home.

This unit is only a few minutes from the airport. Lyft and Uber are available and there is a city bus .4 miles from the unit. If you have a vehicle, it should take about 10 minutes to go to downtown Nashville using Lebanon Rd, 3/4 minutes to the airport.
