Hillside getaway 10 min from Downtown/Biltmore/more - Asheville

Welcome to your home away from home! Our house is located on a secluded and wooded hillside, just 10 minutes east of downtown Asheville. Enjoy staying in a seemingly remote location while still being a short drive from all the most exciting Asheville destinations! A beautiful creek runs along one side of the property (depending on how much rain we've had) and you are surrounded by woods. Our backyard firepit is snuggled up against one of the large boulders in our backyard and is perfect for making s'mores.

We all know that sometimes you need to get work done while on vacation, so we've included two sit/stand desks and computer monitors. There is a crib provided for those bringing along an infant, though please bring your own crib sheets as we do not supply those.

What makes our house stand out the most is the location – we are a close drive to everything! We're just 10 minutes east of downtown Asheville, where you can enjoy excellent food, music, shops, and endless breweries. We're 10 minutes from the Biltmore Mansion/Biltmore Village, which features the largest home in the U.S., beautiful gardens, and a fantastic winery. A Blue Ridge Parkway entrance is just 5 minutes down the road from us, perfect for those that want to take a scenic drive with Smoky Mountain views. We're 20 minutes from the Asheville airport and shopping outlets, 20 minutes from the Bat Caves, and just 30 minutes North West of beautiful Lake Lure! If you're eager to hike, we have some great hiking trails in Black Mountain (just 15 minutes to the east) and are within a reasonable drive for some fantastic Smoky Mountain hikes. We are less than one mile from the Ingles Market - a great local store, with a pharmacy next door. We're the perfect place to come back to after a long day exploring everything Asheville has to offer!

You can check-in yourself using our smart locks with check-in any time after 3pm. Check-out any time before 10am.

Please note that our home may not be easily accessible to those with mobility issues.

We have room to park two cars, both parked at the top of our driveway. Our driveway is shared with our neighbors so please respect their space and don't park along the sides.
