Welcome to HHI Tide 21! Located at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, this family friendly villa is a 4 minute walk through the beautiful resort to the beach, oceanfront pool and 3 resort restaurants or a 2 minute walk to tennis courts and playground. "HHI Tide 21" has an open floor plan that accommodates up to 8 guests and is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We want families with kids to love our villa so we have taken extra care to provide beach equipment, games, books, movies, & a fully stocked kitchen.

Each bedroom includes all bed linens, including sheets, blankets, quilts, bedbug/allergy proof mattress protectors, and pillows.

**In an effort to keep our guests as healthy as possible, we launder all quilts and blankets after each stay. (This is not the standard in hotels and vacation rentals.)**

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Our villa is on the 3rd (and top) floor of our building. There is NO ELEVATOR, but the stairs are easy to climb and are directly next to our villa.
- NO PETS and No Emotional Support Animals allowed. (Certified service animals must have prior approval from the resort with required documents.) Guest will be charged a a $250 per day fine for anyone in violation of the resort's animal policy.
- Primary Guest (the person making the booking) must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and must be on the property with additional guests at all times.
- Our villa is a NO SMOKING (no vaping) unit, including on the balcony.
- Unassigned parking for one vehicle in the open parking lot is included in your reservation. Additional parking passes can be purchased from the owner for a fee of $35 per vehicle.
- E-bikes are their batteries are NOT permitted at the resort.
