House Rules

No Parties or large gatherings. In accordance with Fairfax County STR regulations, the full names of all guests must be provided to the host. Neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Dogs are allowed to a maximum of 2. There is a $50 pet fee for each pet to be collected prior to arrival. Guests must inform hosts that they are traveling with a pet. All dogs must be current on all vaccinations throughout stay. The pet fee will be collected prior to arrival. When booking and/or cancelling your stay at any of my listings, you hereby agree to communicate any issues encountered during your stay, and allowing me the opportunity to fix the issue(s).No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Notes

The home features two separate living spaces both equipped with larger TVs which have Fire Sticks or Roku conveniently installed. Log in to your favorite streaming apps and enjoy your shows as a family or the kids in one space and the adults in the other. The home is equipped with the latest smart technologies such as smart lock for a key-less entry and smart lamps at every bedside table. The kitchen is ready for the home chef to prepare your meals as if you were home. It is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots and pans. If you feel like grilling outdoor, then a cozy patio and dining area waits for you. Choose between gas or charcoal to cook up your favorites veggies or steaks. STR Permit Pending.
