This Herbage 3 bedroom townhome with a loft has plenty of room for everyone's great vacation. The home is located approximately 1/4 mile from the gondola base with the bus stop right across the street for Steamboat's free City bus that runs to the base and in to town. Don't miss the outdoor private hot tub. The home is fully furnished and fully equipped for all your vacation needs. There is a fireplace to curl up by, cable TV with flat screen TV's in the home, Wifi throughout the home, and washer/dryer. Want to relax in the summer? Head over to the full size pool.

Steamboat offers plenty to do... Champagne Powder and the best tree skiing in the West. Ride the new mountain coaster or play mini golf at the base area during the summer. Head on downtown for the great restaurants we have to offer.

Payment Policy

Non-refundable two (2) nights deposit is due at the time of booking. Non-refundable payment in full is due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival during winter Holiday season).

Refundable Damage Deposit

Included in your total is our non-refundable $49.00 Damage Fee. This will cover guests for accidental damage up to $3000.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 45+ days will be subject to the two (2) night deposit. Cancellations within the 45 days (60 days during winter Holiday season) payment in full are forfeited. We do recommend Travel Insurance and can recommend companies to provide this type of insurance.
