The Owners’ family have enjoyed the Herbage as their home away from home for over 30 years. They are pleased to share their completely remodeled home (fall 2016) with you. The Annual snowfall in Steamboat averages over 333 inches and the term "Champagne Powder" was coined here. Steamboat offers almost 3000 acres of skiable terrain from the beginner to the hardcore. If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area. There is the Yampa Valley curse… come for the winter and stay for the summer!
Plenty to do in and around Steamboat… Visit the downtown which is minutes from the mountain area and browse the shops, take a dip in the Old Town Hot Springs or take a ride out to Strawberry Park Hot Springs.
