Heart of Downtown Carolina Beach, Driftwood Villa - Carolina Beach

This condo at Driftwood Villas is the perfect spot for a couple's get away or a family trip! Once you arrive, keyless entry makes check in a breeze. A Parking pass for one vehicle is provided. Once there, you can easily walk everywhere from the condo. You are an easy walk to the Lake that hosts weekly movies and Farmer/Craft Market every week during season. You can sit on the balcony and watch the weekly in-season fireworks and listen to the bands at the Boardwalk at night and enjoy morning coffee as the sun comes up. The pool is always nice when you need a break from the ocean. (Pool season is usually mid-April through mid-October). There is also an outdoor shower as well as charcoal grills and picnic tables down by the pool.

A small yet fully stocked kitchen awaits. There is even a blender if you feel like whipping up a batch of margaritas. We provide resort quality bed and bath linens along with starter sundries including toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags. We do NOT provide toiletry items as those are more personal items. We also ask guests to bring their own beach/pool towels. There is a stackable washer/dryer unit in the closet on the balcony.

There is an HOA and has certain rules we require our guests to agree to prior to booking. No parties. No pets. Pool rules are posted and to be followed. There are HOA security cameras in place in the pool area. There are quiet hours from 10pm-8am. No grilling on any balconies or stairwells. No smoking. No hanging anything off balcony railings. Parking is towing-enforced so please be sure to display the provided pass at all times.

There is one flight of exterior stairs from the parking lot up to the unit. Sorry, no elevator.
