This extraordinary double-height 260sqm Penthouse has featured in several designer magazines. Access is a through a tunnel in the centre of Zermatt and an elevator for which you will have a personal key code. The elevator brings you high up to the terrace of the Omnia Hotel, from where it is a 2 minutes walk to the chalet. The village end of the lift delivers you to the heart of Zermatt, in the main street close to the church. Our concierge team will ensure that you get the most out of your holiday and look after you before, during and after your stay with us. They will help you select a number of other services. These may include child care, health and beauty treatments, planning your heli-skiing adventures, booking your restaurants, ski lessons and transfer arrangements...

More information by the provider: This extraordinary Penthouse, with concepts such as a fireplace nesting in the middle of the living-room window and original hand-made furniture (including Julen´s famous chandeliers and chairs), has a unique bird´s nest view of the village and the Mischabel mountains. Over 3 floors it features 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and TV, an entertainment and games room and a private sauna. On the main floor there is a large living room with three separate seating areas, a dining section, the open-plan kitchen and a large balcony. There are two bedrooms, with Austrian twin beds, at each end of this floor. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower/WC and a balcony. The top floor consists of the master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a free-standing jacuzzi bath, stunning views and a separate en-suite shower/WC. On the ground floor you will find the smaller, separate fourth double bedroom, with Austrian twin beds and with an in-room jet shower and en-suite WC. There is also your private sauna, a utility area and an entertainment/games room with a large Smart-TV, table football and electronic dartboard. All three floors are accessed by your own private elevator and/or stairs. All guests of the Heinz Julen Penthouse have reduced-price access to the Genesis Spa of the Backstage Hotel. NO Pets.
Our Rates include: Concierge Service, Wifi, VAT and cleaning on departure. Daily cleaning on request. NO Pets. Upon your arrival in resort we will ask for your credit card details by way of security for any damage you may cause to the property you are staying in. This Chalet can also be booked with full cooked breakfast and daily cleaning. This service includes also a mid-week linen and towel change and service bar. The minimum length of stay is one week. Weekly Supplement on self-catered basis rate is: CHF 3,000.- If you would like to rent this chalet with half-board we will offer you additionally: Afternoon tea and cake, champagne with canapés, magnificent 4 course gourmet dinner, different wine pairs (white and red) each evening, Children's menu if required, Open bar. The minimum length of stay is one week. Weekly Supplement on self-catered basis rate is: CHF 6,500.- If rented with breakfast or catered you will receive a 5* service from our qualified chef and housekeeper staff, on 6 out of 7 days. The key holder is expecting you to collect the key between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise mentioned in your travel documents. You must vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise mentioned in your travel documents. Payment Policy
There are two ways to pay for your booking:

1. Credit card (VISA or Mastercard)

For bookings within 14 days prior to arrival only credit cards are accepted.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.

The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.

What happens to my breakage deposit?

The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking by phone, post or eMail. Your cancellation comes into effect on the date of receipt of your notification.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will invoice you the following cancellation charges:

A) up to 43 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
B) 42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
