With quick access to the docks and beach area at Raystown Lake, downtown Huntingdon and Juniata, with various restaurants. This cozy home is ideally located for anyone looking for a getaway in the Lake Raystown region. This home offers a unique experience, being that it is located in the woods yet so close to the lake.

The Space
This three bedroom home features a full kitchen with bar seating, spacious living room, garage game room, and large deck. Upstairs is the private master loft bedroom, with one queen bed and a half bathroom. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a full size bathroom. The home accommodates up to 8 guests with two queen beds, one full bed and one futon. Outside you can enjoy a fire, relax on the deck or play the various outdoor games.

Surroundings:
The lake is less than one mile in distance from this home. On your drive to the lake you will find sand volleyball courts, hiking trails, and mountain bike trails. While at the marina you can enjoy relaxing on the beach area or feeding the fish by the docks. Additionally, Seven Points Bait Shop is less than one mile from the house where you can browse their gift shop, get ice cream or small sandwiches, and do small grocery shopping.

Welcome to Harry's Home Away From Home. I'd first like to thank you for your interest in staying with us. Harry's Home Away From Home got its name from my grandfather, Harry. He made the dream of owning a home at Raystown Lake, turn into a reality. I spent many of my childhood summers and even adult summers at this house, enjoying the lake and time with friends and family and we hope to pass on that same fun to you!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Check in time is any time after 3 PM on your day of arrival You will receive a welcome message with your unique door code to allow you entry into the home.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 8

Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any extra persons is an extra $100/night per person.

- Clean up spills and crumbs
- Keep all exterior doors closed

This listing is only available to guests that are 25 years or older. Person reserving must provide valid I.D.. The person making reservations must be present at rental during the entire stay (no third party bookings).
Booking with us you agree to the following. For the comfort of our next guests, please complete the following before departing:
- Wash all dishes and put them away
- Remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer
- Place dirty dish clothes and tea towels on the kitchen counter
- Ensure all furniture is placed as you found it, including porch furniture
- Bag all garbage (kitchen, bathrooms, porch, garage). Please take all garbage with you or take to the provided receptacles near the lake. If this is an issue please call Michael
- Place all used towels and wash cloths on the floor in the full downstairs bathroom
- Leave all bed sheets and pillow cases on bed (you do not need to make the beds)
- Pick up after yourself outside, pet droppings, trash, etc.
- Close all doors and windows
- Set all inside A/C units to 72 degrees
- Lock all doors

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit is collected to protect us and you from any damages that may occur during your stay. The damage deposit will be re-issued within 2 weeks after check out day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is NO refunds. Once dates are taken off the market, they become unavailable to other renters. With owner approval, guest may find a replacement renter or gift their dates (not future dates) to someone else. Guest MUST cancel the original reservation before owner will assist in trying to rebook the dates.
