We welcome pets on a case by case setting. Please ask permission as we have regulations of weight, size, breed, and number allowed, depending upon which accommodation you are renting. Please keep pets off of our linens. We charge an additional $10 per night per pet per night, up to a maximum of $200 per month. Pet fees are paid separate and we will send a money request through Airbnb upon accepted reservations. The pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets must be on a leash inside and outside of the building and crated when left alone in your room or apartment. No pets are allowed in the kitchen area. If the pet shows any aggression to any other guest, you will be asked to leave immediately and your reservation will be cancelled. Please clean up after your pet. A cleaning fee of $10 will be billed if you fail to do so.

Enjoy this cozy, private two bed two bath trailer home on a private lot with no other trailers in site that sleeps up to 8 people.

You'll also have access to our communal farmstay across the street. You'll have access to all the of the common areas.

Enjoy beautiful rural surroundings, 1 mile away from Smith Mountain Lake boat ramp, 5 miles from Rosies Casino, and 15 min. from downtown Roanoke. Enjoy hard wood floors and tiled showers! Great for vacationing, or small business private getaway! You have access to the whole house.

While this trailer is a little older, it has been well loved with some nice upgrades including wood floors and newer tiled showers.

You are welcome to purchase items in our optional breakfast buffet at the Farmstay. Also take advantage of our large fire pit! We also provide blow up lake rentals and outdoor games.

Please keep in mind that the listed price is our base price for up to 2 guests. We charge $10 per adult or child, or animal after two guests. Animals are not allowed to be unattended in the place by themselves without being crated.
