Get ready for a warm, unique, authentic communal experience that you won’t find anywhere else, guaranteed! Enjoy our private loft with separate temperature controls, that sleeps up to7 people, with shared facilities are designed to encourage people to interact in many of our large common areas, or around our bonfire. We also have an honor system general store, and many of our unique barn decorations are also on sale! All guests must be 21 or older to stay.Enjoy access to our entire facility including 24/7 access to our small community pantry with items you may need for your stay or just a midnight snack! We have several places to play and hang out in the entire 7200 square foot building! You are in for a great social experience with lake access!

You will be staying in our private loft, while sharing four bathrooms with other guests in the common areas.

While we enforce quiet hours in the sleeping area after 10pm, the loft is a more private setting and you should not be bothered by the noise from other guests. However, we encourage you to be considerate as there are many other people sleeping below you.

You are welcome to purchase items in our optional breakfast buffet at the Farmstay. Also take advantage of our large fire pit! We also provide blow up lake rentals and outdoor games.

Please keep in mind that the listed price is our base price for up to 2 guests. We charge $5 per adult or child, after two guests.
