Overview

Located mid point along the Northern coast of Exuma, so equal distance from the many beautiful beaches. Just 70 yards from the Ocean with amazing views over the offshore deserted islands which are a short kayak paddle away. Over 1300 sq ft of quality accommodation with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and air conditioning in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchenette, wifi, and enormous (300+sq ft) balcony and private entrance. You have the entire upper level of our home with complete privacy, We are on the ground floor and available for advise, guidance or problem solving.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic we have introduced much more detailed deep cleaning procedures. You have direct access to your accommodation unlike in a hotel. Your health and safety is a top concern.

Getting around

There is no public transport in Exuma so we do recommend that guests rent a car to explore our beautiful island. We provide full contact information to renters.

Flexible

Check in and check out are flexible, to suit your flight times. However if we have guests leaving and arriving the same day then we do enforce check out at 10am and check in at 3pm. We do advise guests well in advance if this is occurring during their stay

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

House Rules

No smoking indoors. No pets.

Payment Policy

We require a 50% refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. Both payments will be submitted through PayPal (which you can pay with credit card, debit card or check, at no cost, and its secure)

Refundable Damage Deposit

We do not charge a damage deposit. We trust our guests to respect our home and to either report or replace any breakages.

Cancellation Policy

If guests cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival we refund 50% of amount paid.

No refunds if less than 60 days unless we are able to relet those dates.

Notes

If guests book in hurricane season and are unable to arrive due to hurricane warnings, then we offer to rebook at dates to our mutual agreement, within 9 months, at no extra cost. If Covid-19 restricts your travel arrangements we will allow you to change the dates without additional charge.
