Summer Season (June - Aug): $995/nt up to 8 guests, each additional guest $35/nt to 10 max (seven night minimum unless otherwise okayed by Management).
Holiday Season (December 15 - Jan 5): $1300/nt up to 8 guests, each additional guest $35/nt to 10 max. (7 to 14 night minimum depending on actual dates, unless otherwise okayed by Management).

ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED WE WILL SEND YOU CHECK IN DETAILS. SOMEONE FROM OUR STAFF WILL MEET YOU AT THE HOME TO SHOW YOU AROUND AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
ALL RENTERS NO MATTER AGE MUST AGREE AND ABIDE BY ALL HOUSE RULES STATED ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Refundable Damage Deposit
SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DEPARTURE AFTER WALK-THRU AND CLEANING ARE COMPLETE. REFUNDS CAN TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REFUND TO SHOW BACK UP ON CARD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: In the event Guest cancels the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date and the Property is re-booked for the same rental term, 100% of the deposit shall be refunded. If the Property is not re-booked or if the Guest cancels within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable, and the full rental amount is due, and will be billed to Guest’s credit card. If the Property becomes unavailable for any reason, a suitable substitute property shall be found or all monies shall be returned in full to Guest, with no further liability imposed upon Homeowner or Homeowner’s Agent. Neither Homeowner’s Agent nor Homeowner will be in breach of the terms of this agreement if the cancellation is beyond Homeowner’s Agent’s reasonable control including and without limitation a change in ownership of the property, a damage or malfunction of equipment, disturbances on nearby properties, construction in or adjacent to the property, labor disputes, governmental regulations or controls, fire or other casualty, holdover tenants from a previous rental, inability to obtain materials or services, technical failure or difficulties, problems or interruptions with the internet or television, computer viruses, acts of god, insurrection, terrorism, or any other cause.

House Rules
The Maximum Permitted Occupancy (10 guests) shall not be exceeded at ANY TIME. THIS INCLUDES DAYTIME VISITORS. No house parties are allowed No loud noise or music No running anywhere on the Property due to stone and tile flooring which could be slippery No glass anywhere outside kitchen, especially in or around the pool. NO SMOKING anywhere on the Property NO ILLEGAL DRUGS anywhere on the Property DO NOT SIT on indoor furniture with wet or soiled bathing suits or attire. PLACE BEACH TOWEL DOWN FIRST! Garage door to be kept closed No parking on street Please insure all doors and windows in the main house are closed and bolted when you retire for the evening. This is for security as well as to help reduce the amount of unnecessary salt air which rusts and deteriorates inside appliances and furnishings. Please CONSERVE ENERGY by turning off lights, fans and a/c when leaving your rooms as electricity is very expensive on this island! Only use appliances for their intended uses. The Property shall not be used for any unlawful purposes. ABSOLUTE QUIET TIME AFTER 10:00 PM. The home is located in a residential area. Please keep in mind that your neighbors may be residents of Hawaii and need to wake up early for work and school. Please be respectful to the neighborhood to avoid any penalties.
