This fully equipped 1-bedroom condo is located in the Hacienda San Jose building, which is on 24th street and 1st avenue. An excellent location!

Only 1,5 block away from Mamitas beach & 1 block from the famous 5th avenue.
Besides the king bed the condo also has a comfortable sofa bed, which allows 4 people to stay here

The location is excellent, close to Mamita's beach and to 5th avenue.
Mamitas is a public beach where you can rent beach chair and umbrellas.
In case you prefer to wonder off a bit further, we also have back pack beach chairs & umbrellas that guests can rent for a discounted rate.
