The steps and path are lit with lights. The third bedroom is open to the dining room and has a step-down. The Game room has two step-ups. This is an non-pet and non-smoking home. Soft music is fine. This is a working class neighborhood.

(The Game-room) Has a Queen and 2-cots.

I've been in this neighborhood for 13 years and really enjoy the friendly people, the fresh air, blue skies, cool nights, wild animals and most importantly the beautiful views.

This ★ Group Getaway★ | Game Room | Court Yard | Zzz 12 neighborhood is easily accessible and very close to all of the local amenities. Three minutes to Yucca Valley stores and restaurants and about 2 to Joshua Tree down town. The neighborhood is known to be the best location in Joshua Tree. The property is about 3 miles to Park Ave. which takes you into the Joshua Tree National Park..
