This one-bedroom basement apartment started out as an Art Gallery that was then turned into an apartment for family use. This apartment features a comfortable California King bed in the bedroom with a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The entire apartment is Handicap/wheelchair friendly with larger doorways and a walk-in shower. Every guest will feel at home with a full kitchen to cook up those home-cooked meals and a Roko so you can log in and stay up to date with your favorite shows. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with two shower heads and a touchless-flush toilet. For the occasional 5th guest we have a twin air mattress with sheets along with extra chairs for the table. We are located just off Highway 191 which makes this a great place to stay, giving you easy access to all that San Juan County has to offer. Please check out our unique visitor's map in the apartment or give us a call and we can offer suggestions of places that are a must-see. With over 13 national parks and monuments nearby, there is plenty to see and do. We also have a small park shared with our family and neighbors which is available for your use across the street.
