Once you book your vacation, you can arrange transportation from the airport to the resort by following the information sent to you in your confirmation email. A confirmation slip will then be emailed to you directly from the transportation company once they’ve reviewed and accepted your request. When You Arrive Transportation to Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta is provided by Gapsa Vallarta. When you get through customs at the airport, exit the International Arrivals area. Look for a driver wearing black pants and a tan shirt, carrying a Gapsa Vallarta sign marked with your resort hotel logo.

We purchased this property in 2005 as a vacation get-away. We have enjoyed the Mexican people and culture and the relaxation and luxury we enjoy here. We have upgraded over the years and now enjoy the highest level in this resort which is fantastic. Our friends and family love to come here and we spend about 2 months a year here.

Passports are required for anyone traveling to Mexico, including children. When you pass through Immigration, the officer will give you back a portion of your immigration form. Please keep this in a safe place—we recommend inside your passport—since you will need this upon departure from Mexico. You will be met at the airport and escorted all the way to the reservations desk. They will check you in and advise room location, etc.
