The accommodation cannot be shared assigned or sublet and the only persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. Large gatherings of people other than listed on booking form are not allowed unless prior agreement with Enchanted Villas LLC. Persons, children under the age of 21 years are not acceptable unless accompanied by a parents or an adult. Pets and Smoking are not allowed. Any infringements of these conditions may result in the bond being withheld.

We are a family of 5 - husband, wife, two sons and a daughter from the New Jersey Shore.
We first visited Disney with our extended family in 2005, fell in love with the area and that Disney magic and have been back at least once per year since. After years of renting other people's villas and realizing what a great deal it was vs staying in a hotel for a family of 5, we were able to obtain our dream of owning our own vacation rental villa and love managing, decorating and sharing our villa and the happiness of the area with other fellow travelers.
We had been searching for the right property for over a year, having stayed in Hampton Lakes prior, we knew we liked it and then found our dream home and immediately fell in love with the huge back patio/lanai, extended pool and jacuzzi, and surrounded by lush tropical palm tress. as well as the villa itself with three masters ensuite, finished air conditioned games room big kitchen, two floors and the overall size and luxury of the villa.

Cancellation by Enchanted Villas LLC
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control necessitate cancellation of the booking. We will refund any moneys paid by the party leader (without interest), compensation or sub sequential loss of any kind. We also have the ability to offer comparable alternate villas via our management company should the need arise.
Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing or e-mail directly to Enchanted Villas LLC. Cancellation by telephone will not be accepted. In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges will apply:
PERIOD BEFORE DEPARTURE CANCELLATION CHARGE
More than 10 weeks........ Deposit only.
Less than 10 weeks ..........100% of all costs (i.e. No reimbursement)
Note: If a Guest requests a cancellation 60 Days or more before check-in, Owner will make a “best effort” to re-rent the property. If the Owner is able to successfully re-rent the reserved period, the Owner will refund the total rental payment less a $250 servicing fee. It is recommended that all guests take out adequate travel/medical/personal insurance at the time of booking

Our villa is located on one of the premier lots in the Hampton Lakes Community. Surrounded by gently rolling hills, lakes, orange groves and palm trees, the Hampton Lakes Community offers a sweet taste of Florida’s natural beauty. Minutes to Disney, Universal/Sea World, restaurants, shopping, seven professional golf courses and other area attractions. Easy access to Interstate 4 and Highway 192. Beaches on either coasts are only one hour away. Hampton Lakes also offers community and communal facilities include a large swimming pool, two children’s play areas, a volleyball court and tennis courts all included in the price of your vacation.
It’s the ideal location for visiting all the area attractions
