Nestled on a quiet street, our newly renovated home has a cute front patio and large shared backyard, which offers a wonderful place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Enjoy outdoor living at its finest. Start your day with morning coffee/tea out on the front patio. Come home and wind down in our gorgeous backyard - open a book in the hammock, have a picnic or bbq on the lawn and savor a cocktail or 2 on the deck :) During the cooler months, fire up the firepit, roast some marshmallows, and relax to the soothing warmth of the flames. The Apartment:
Our 900sf apartment is cozy but well organized to make the best use of space. The first bedroom is oversized and spacious with great natural sunlight. You will enjoy a plush queen bed, Smart Samsung TV setup with your favorite streaming sites (BYO logins!), leather love seat and desk with office chair. The second bedroom is small but charming. It comes furnished with a queen bed and has its own ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge) and cooking essentials. We provide a keurig machine with pods for your convenience, as well as an assortment of tea. You will have everything you need to enjoy a nice meal. Hang out in the cozy living room with another Smart TV and guitar!
