We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, spices, coffee, tea, and paper towels. We have shampoo and bath gel for our guests.

There is a combination pool / spa heating fee that is paid for the entire stay if you choose to have the pool heated.

The schedule is as follows:

June - September the pool is not heated and the spa and the pool are the same temperature.

October- November $50.00 a day plus $12.72% tax

Dec-Feb $75.00 plus 12.72% tax

March -May $50.00 a day plus 12.72% tax

An agreement must be signed, and a govt. issued ID is required. The City of Goodyear stipulates that a background check must be done for the signer on the rental.

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

- Initial contact phone call will be done by us the day you arrive to confirm you are happy with the property. Current phone number and email is required.

- Our housekeeping takes date stamped pictures of the property prior to your arrival. Any concerns about housekeeping must be addressed within 2 hours of arrival to the host.

- If your stay includes a Monday, please put refuse containers on street for pick up.

- Pool company (usually every Monday) and landscaper bi monthly enter by side gate. They must always be allowed access. Pest control is once a month.

- The pool is serviced on Mondays, if there is debris from winds in the pool, we have provided a skimmer basket to remove any leaves that may of fallen after our service has been there.
- Do not attempt to tamper with the Pool equipment, you will be liable for any service calls.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- No pets allowed (including visitors to the property)

- No smoking inside the property or on the patio entrance. If smoke permeates the interior of the home guest will be charged the daily rental rate to accommodate ozone treatments and an extra payment of $50.00 a day for housekeeping to review the progress of the fumigation. We understand Cannabis is legal in AZ, however we do not allow it on our property.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book.

- Additional fees and taxes may apply.

-Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM Sunday- Thursday and 10:00pm-8:00 am Friday/Saturday.

- Commercial vehicles are prohibited to park in the driveway overnight.

- Your safety matters! We have a door alarm on the sliding door to the pool. The door also has an auto close feature with a child lock 54" from the floor/ This is to keep children safe. ALWAYS be in the pool area with your children. Never prop the door open.

- This property features 3 exterior security cameras overlooking the driveway, street in front of the house, on the side yard of the house towards the pool gate, and on the other side of the house facing the front door. None of them look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound.

-To receive the password for the internet you need to scan Q code on the dining room table and agree to basic house rules. Deactivating the internet for any reason is grounds for removal from the property.

- Only registered guests are allowed on property unless getting prior authorization through the host.

- Return garage door opener to dining table - If garage opener is not found and not returned in 24 hours there is a $100.00 replacement fee.

- Check out process, we handle the bed, leave it as you rolled out of it. Put wet towels in tub. Take trash out, turn dishwasher on with dirty dishware. if you have time throw a load of pool towels in the washer and turn on, Turn off lights and fans, secure windows and put security dowels in the sliding door, lock all doors including from laundry room to garage and safe travels to you !

If you forget something and we find it there's a $20.00 plus postage to mail the item back to you. This covers the expense of our Housekeepers time to handle the mailing.
