Check in is 4pm daily. Guests will be able to get keys upon arrival via the lock box located in front of the property.

All guests are required to read and follow house rules .
• Please respect and treat our home as it were your own.
• All trash should be taken to the garbage chute located at the end of the hallway near the stair well. (Exit Condo, make a left and walk to the end of the hall)
• You are welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer. Please don’t overload and remember to clean lint trap after use.
• Please leave the condo as you found it. Your cleaning fee includes the care of linens; however, Dishes and trash should be cleaned up by each guest.
• The closet in the hallway is locked. Please do not attempt to open it.
• In the hallway, you will find the electric panel. Please do not open it unless in the unlikely event of a power outage.
• There is a trash can provided in the bathrooms and kitchen where you can dispose of any garbage.
• I understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out.
• In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace items will be billed to the guests.
• The majority of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.
• If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
• If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
• While we do not limit how many visitors are allowed during the day, any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.
• It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please Park your vehicle in the designated space. #206. There is also one additional guest vehicle space available on a first come first serve basis. ( Please use the provided guest vehicle parking pass to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences.) Parking spaces 101-105 are for guest vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
