Your Smoky Mountain adventure starts at Southern Serenity. Our picturesque king suite cabin with bunk bed loft is located just 3 miles from downtown in the desirable Black Bear Falls Resort. Located on ponds that feed into a creek right off of your private deck with a hot tub. Perfect for families or a romantic couples retreat. Inside you will find soaring ceilings and windows with a Nov 2021 stunning remodel with no detail left un-turned! Foos-ball table, multi-cade game, outdoor seating areas! Happy to provide a direct booking option to avoid fees! A signed, standard rental agreement with copy of ID will be required. A $150 deposit hold will be secured 3 days prior to arrival and released no later than 5 days after check out. Thank you!

We fell in love with the Smoky Mountains and surrounding areas, we wanted a place to enjoy time with our kids and family - we found that in TN and NC, all bordering the National Park and were simply amazing retreats. We spent some time renovating the cabins to make them the most comfortable and relaxing, we hope you love our little pieces of paradise as much as we do.

No large gatherings or parties. Because of the size of our cabin, we have a 4 adult maximum. (5 max includes children) Please note there is a 200 pound weight limit on top bunk bed.

House Rules

Minimum age for primary renter is 25.
A signed Renter Agreement and ID of the credit card holder will be required within 72 hours of booking.
Refundable $500 Damage Deposit to be paid at least 3 days prior to arrival. Deposit to be refunded after housekeeping has completed her duties and no later than 5 days post check out.
No parties or events at the cabin please.
No smoking or vaping anywhere outside or in.
Please turn off string lights when not in use.
No pets
Because of the size of our cabin, we have a 4 adult maximum. (5 max includes children) Please note there is a 200 pound weight limit on top bunk bed.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit will be refunded withing 48 hours of departure provided the house house rules were followed and there is no damage to the property or additional cleaning costs incurred.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we cannot accept cancellations occurring later than 21 days to the arrival date. You will forfeit all sums paid unless we are able to re-rent the property, in which case we will refund an amount equal to any subsequent rental less a $100 handling fee. If a cancellation occurs prior to 21 days to arrival, a full refund will be issued less a $50 handling fee.
