Overview

Located in the Sea Palm community, this perfect 2-bedroom vacation rental condo will provide the perfect getaway to enjoy your trip to Florida. This beach themed 1010-sq-ft home is perfect for a small group of friends or a family to see what the Gulf Coast has to offer. An on-site pool, walking distance restaurants, and quaint community will provide the quintessential vacation away from home in the Sunshine State. Okaloosa island’s beautiful sandy beaches are a short 2 mile trip down the road.

Both Naveeda and Matthew casey live a short 10 minute drive from the condo and can usually be reached by phone or email most of the time.

Just 0.2 miles to the west is Liza Jackson park where kids can play and also has a public boat ramp. There are several buffets and restaurants very close by such as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Chicken place

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

The Sea Palms Condominium building 3, unit B had a dedicated parking space, please dont park in the other dedicated spaces. There are several unmarked extra spaces available. Check in any time after 4pm. The door code is 1173.

Check Out: 10AM

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

House Rules

No smoking, No pets, No parties or events. Please only smoke outside.
Try to take care of the property and please don’t cause a disturbance for the people who live in the condo.

Please clean up after yourself and don’t leave any alcohol or anything dangerous behind.

The pool is open from 1 April until 31 October between 9am and 10pm every day.

The pool has no lifeguard and as such you swim at your own risk, please supervise children under 14.

Their is no grilling of any kind, indoors or outside, allowed by fire department regulation at this location.

The first aid kit is located in the bathroom and the fire extinguisher is located in the laundry room.

Payment Policy

Please pay for the reservation at least 10 days prior to check in date.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If they broken any furniture or break the house rule. We will charge the security

Cancellation Policy

Cancel before 30 days of arrival for 100% refund of reservation.
