Everything you will need for your stay is at your disposal. This air-conditioned vacation home features free WiFi. There are 2 private bathrooms.
Three flat-screen TV's with cable channels and Blu-ray player are available. Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own TV. The large living area has a huge sectional sofa, a 50 inch smart Roku TV, and a fireplace. One sofa folds out to a queen bed and the other to a twin fold-out couch.

The beautiful flagstone patio is just outside the back door to relax on or grill out with a table for 8.

Come and you as you please. We are available as much as you like us to be. We want you to be comfortable. Since our doorbell serves as video surveillance and two-way communication you can easily reach us by pressing the doorbell.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The property is in a well-kept townhome community with an active homeowners' association. The cul-de-sac provides for little noise from traffic. The neighborhood is safe and you will often find families and individuals walking for exercise.

Free private parking is available on site. Up to 4 cars fit on a large rock bed and concrete paved pad.
The house is close to public transportation on either Capital Blvd or New Hope Church Road. Uber and Lyft are in Raleigh. They cost around $10 to ride to downtown Raleigh. We are within 3 miles from both US 440 & 540.
Durham is 30 miles and Chapel Hill is 33 miles west of the property.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, on the front porch, front yard, or deck next to the kitchen. For the convenience and comfort of those who wish to smoke, we have designated the flagstone patio as a smoking area. There is a place to extinguish cigarettes. Guests are asked to dispose of trash in the appropriate garbage bin. The outside of the house is under video surveillance. No other guests allowed on the property between 11 pm and 7 am, without prior agreement.
