Historic Dtwn St Pete ROOM w/bikes, Netflix & wifi
Beautiful historic downtown St Pete. home & on the downtown bike path! private queen bed room w/two bicycles! 10 Restaurants & many shops in walking/riding distance-lots of fun places to explore! New guest bathroom in marble. I provide bed linens and towels. Your bedroom has a fridge, microwave, water, coffee pot, basic TV & Netflix, Home is downtown on a busy road during working hours - road noise is common -it does quiet down at night. You are welcome 2 use kitchen, patio & areas of house.

This is a Cozy 1920's historic American FourSquare home that has a large backyard courtyard & a cute front patio with outdoor seating, table and chairs and hammock to relax in. There is a antique oak bureau, a compact fridge, Netflix TV and Basic channels. Wi-Fi access is set throughout the property. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. Its a 10 minute walk to downtown and two blocks to parks. St Pete downtown has some of the best food, a fantastic art district and beautiful winding waterfront trails you can go for days exploring. The house is clean and although this craftsman house sits on a main road in town there is road noise but beyond that it almost becomes indistinguishable. House is in downtown St Pete, close to Crescent Lake the Pinellas Trail, and the beaches along the Gulf!

Guest bedroom, guest bathroom for general guest use, the dining room. kitchen, laundry room, courtyard. If you want to sit in the living room with the main TV you are welcome to enjoy as well!

KITCHEN. You will have access to cookware, utensils, a microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I only ask that you respect my equipment and kitchen items and clean up after yourself as you go. I prefer guests to use their fridge in the guest bedroom as their primary storage for personal food and beverages.

BREAKFAST. I make coffee every morning about 6 am, I offer a loaf of Prairie Bread with Jams & they are also available. I provide assorted teas. I’ll also provide creamer, sugar or honey for your morning beverages

DINING ROOM. Use as you wish but please clean up afterwards.

LAUNDRY. Washer and dryer is available for a small fee; $2 a load – includes laundry detergent and a fabric softener sheet for the dryer.

BACKYARD use as you wish. There are tables and plenty of seating in the brick-lined courtyard. There’s also a gas grill to use if you wish. You have to make sure you shut off the gas though after each use.

FOR THE BEACH: I have 2 towels for guest use. Please feel free to use them and also a small cooler if you wish. I’ll also have available to you a folding chair you can take with you to the beach or outdoor events we often have in downtown St Pete.

MY OFFICE: Guests do not have access to my office. WiFi is available for you to utilize with your own laptop and equipment. The office will be locked when I’m not home and at night.

BATHROOMS: There are also two 1/2 bathrooms downstairs (I’d like guests to keep all their own personal items in their bedroom) however use of other bathrooms is fine. I provide towels in the bedroom along with many amenities provided for you which include shampoo/conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer.

I work at the house so some days I'll be in my office all day, some days I'll be on the run, it just depends on my schedule. I'm happy to give directions and suggestions, I have a booklet and flyer folder with some of the attractions in the area & I’ve also made up a notebook with menus and listings of attractions and places to visit during your stay.

I'm also a realtor and am happy to help if you are looking for property in the area.

Euclid St. Paul's Neighborhood is a residential section of St. Petersburg, Florida which began to be developed in the 1920s in a former orange grove. The neighborhood encompasses 240 acres (0.97 km2) with boundaries that are major traffic arteries and commercial zone The neighborhood contains diverse styles of homes most built 1921 on into an exclusive neighborhood of various architectural styles. Downtown St. Petersburg, the Central Avenue Business District and Baywalk are all 1 to 1.5 miles away

I have two kitty’s Percy and Tiger they typically stay in my office but tiger tries to venture out once in awhile usually while I’m in the office, please keep your bedroom door shut & locked so he doesn’t come in. I also have a small Poodle, Charlie, who stays by my side.

I hope that you will be comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. My animals are house-trained, flee free, have all their shots and are well behaved. I do not allow pets in this house because of my own pets. Please let me know if there is anything you need or if you would like restaurant, biking or other recommendations. We have lots of open space with biking trails of various levels of challenge, and some super restaurants that work with local farmers and foragers to provide innovative and scrumptious cuisine.

I am a mom to a pretty amazing teenager and for fun we love to travel, see new sights, and exercise. I have completed 8 Ironman races. We have one dog (poodle) and two kittys and we try to live simply by enjoying all the wonderful activities in our area. However, I love my childhood home & area and I am thrilled to share it with you!
