1 NO SMOKING / DRUGS, DEPOSIT WILL NOT RETURN IN FULL IF UNIT WILL HAVE A SMEEL AFTER SMOKE. FINE FOR SMOKE IS 250$
2 Please REMOVE YOUR SHOES inside the unit
3 ALL WINDOWS and balcony door must be closed
4 All garbage must be removed from the unit and placed outside INSIDE the bench OLNY !! NO GARBAGE OUTSIDE THE BENCH. For outside garbage condo charge a FINE of 100$
5 ALL used towels must be on the bathroom floor in move out day
6 ALL VISITORs cards ( 2) and parking pass must be on the hook on move out day
7 LOST PARKING PASS - 100$ FINE
LOST VISITOR CARDS EACH 100$ FIN

WE PROVIDE
1 full roll Toilet paper for each bathroom
2 bath towels 2 hand towels 2 wash cloth for each room
1 sheet set + 2 pillows for each room 1 blanket
2 dishwasher tablets
If you need extra you need to buy it or bring it with you
We do not make a beds because some guests prefer to do it but if you want to have the beds ready please send me request and my cleaners will do it for you !!

Check out at 11am or earlier
Please leave parking pass and visitor card inside the unit on the hook
Remove all garbage inside the bench
Put used towels on floor
Washed all used dishes
