This open, airy modern beach house is located in the beautiful subdivision Grove By The Sea 2 blocks from convenient deeded beach access. Flip Flop is a short five to seven minute walk to the beach. The pale ash hardwood floors, flowing floor design, and elegant decor are only several of the elegant features of this cozy beach home that also boasts 2 screened and furnished porches: one wrap-around porch on the main level, which often serves as an additional family room, and a private porch off the master bedroom on the secluded second floor, which leads to an open-air balcony furnished with lounge furniture for private sunbathing.

Upon entering Flip Flop you are greeted with a cozy and inviting home feel, the living room is large for gathering and includes a bar and a 52' screen TV. On the first floor you will find two large bedrooms one being furnished with a queen bed and the other having two twin beds and each bedroom as access to a nice bathroom. The first floor is also home to an inviting kitchen, perfect for cooking amazing meals and well equipped. Venture upstairs and you will find the master bedroom which is beautifully furnished and includes an en suite master bath with an oversized tub.

The private pool (not heated), is enclosed by a fence and beautiful landscaping there is also access to a nice charcoal grill.

Palm trees dot the entire property, as well as native flora and fauna delicately designed to fit the property. The private subdivision also has two pools, a tennis court, and walking trails that wind their way through wooded paths.

* Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 years old and must stay on property for the entire length of stay. No Spring Breakers without Parents, this is strictly enforced.
