House Rules

Parties aren't allowed, but family gatherings are allowed limited to no more than 10 adults at a FAMILY gathering including guests staying. Please make sure to let me know of any guests beyond what's booked that will be on property. Please be mindful of our neighbors and wildlife and keep the noise level down. Don't Burn Down My House. There are several trash cans on the property, the Toilet or Sink ARE NOT one of them. No getting lost in the woods. Avoid making friends with the deer, they will get excited and want to come inside. The bears may look friendly, but feeding them is not wise, yelling and making loud noise if you see them will help keep you alive, I recommend this.:-)

Payment Policy

All payments will require proof with a picture of you holding your ID card for fraud purposes.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refund within 72 hours of checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Please make sure to pay for travel insurance to give you peace of mind in case anything happens before or during your stay. Between 14-29 days you will get 50% back if you cancel. No refunds after 14 days.
