The condominium features one level with master suite, large spa bathtub and separate tile shower. There are two additional guest rooms and full bath, formal dining area, den and lanai with expansive golf course views. Additional sleeping available with queen sleeper sofa in den. The stainless steel and granite kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy meals. This home is just steps to the community pool. It is is the place to be when you want to get away from winter and treat yourself to luxury living.

This includes rental charge, 12% lodging taxes, $200 HOA renter application fee, $170 cleaning fee, $750 club amenities transfer fee if desired, and refundable $1000.00 homeowner security deposit. The HOA charges an additional refundable $1000.00 security deposit.

Security deposit to homeowner and separate security deposit to HOA are refunded within two weeks after check out inspection, provided there is no damage. The HOA requires a background check and application.
Cancellation Policy
Please purchase travel insurance that covers any need to cancel your vacation booking. We do not provide refunds except for the refundable security deposits if there is no damage found after your stay.
