Family Perfect Beach Condo - Fort Walton Beach

Our beautiful beach condo boasts a stunning side-view of the gulf, smart TV, fast & reliable WiFi for remote work, wireless charging docks for mobile devices, modern furniture, a fully stocked kitchen and complimentary beach service & water sports Mar - Oct.

Location! The boardwalk is a short ½ mile walk along the beach! Enjoy your favorite meal sea-side, then walk it off while viewing the beautiful emerald coast sunset. Surf shops, several restaurants and an ice cream shop are all steps away.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, television, bureau, closet, and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, twin loft bed, television, bureau, and full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Keurig and complimentary k-cups, and a french press. Reusable k-cups are available if you prefer to use your favorite coffee grinds. Kid-friendly dinnerware and utensils are provided.

The living room has a loveseat and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer are in the unit. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs.

Work from the beach! Our condo includes a double work station area, perfect for remote work or virtual school. The internet is upgraded to handle multiple users at once.

In addition to the gorgeous emerald waters and white soft sandy beach, the condo also has a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, and outdoor grill.

If you are coming with little ones, you’ll enjoy the sandy beach corner of the pool area. Perfect when half the family wants to be at the pool while the other half wants to play in the sand. You can do both!

Our condo also includes beach supplies, beach toys, and beach tote bags that you are welcomed to use during your stay.

Free beach service from March through October which includes 2 chairs, table, large umbrella and one free hour rental of either a paddle board or kayak.
