Tommy's Trading Post is just across the street where you can grab some snacks or a burger. Natchez Trace nearby, Boating, fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, shooting range.

The Avion is a cool aluminum travel trailer that is big enough for the entire family! It sits a short distance from the waters of the Ross Barnett Reservoir. There are lots of fun activities nearby for the family to enjoy from Kayaking, bike riding, fishing, cooking out, birdwatching(alligator watching too!) and much more. The Avion is located at the Sunset Marina and sits on the peninsula jutting out into the Ross Barnett Reservoir. There are paved paths for driving, walking and biking and there is also a small laundromat with a shower and bathroom on the far end of the property. This is available to all guests for their use and enjoyment.

I live about 30 minutes away but am usually in the area or passing through on a regular basis. I sometimes get to meet guests.

There are 2 convenience stores just across the highway from the RV Park. And there is a Dollar General about 5 minutes away on Highway 25. It’s a 20 minute drive into Flowood where there are numerous restaurants and lots of shopping opportunities.
