Excellent Location, Only 6 Mins to the White House - Washington

Cozy studio right on the perfect location of the intersection of 16th and U St surrounded by many restaurants and bars, only 0.5 mile to the nearest Dupont Metro Station or U St Metro Station. Only 6 mins Uber drive to the White House and 10 mins ride to many museums and national monuments. I have a 42" television with free movies, with seating area for work, eating and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and complimentary coffee and tea is provided.

A hip and garden level apartment in the heart of 16th and the U Street Corridor neighborhoods. Shop, dance, dine, drink, sip, engage all at your fingertips.

A fully stocked kitchen, gourmet coffee, breakfast bars and chocolate treats to make your stay easy and comfortable.

All the details have been thought of, if you forgot it we got it. Bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, razors, mouth wash, floss, fresh towels, feminine products, q-tips, contact lens wash, and more. All free and all yours to use at your disposal.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to entire apartment.

I live close to the apartment so I can be there if any issues arises. Because I am here to make your trip to DC as memorable as possible, you can contact me whenever you need help!

House Rules

Please contact me before booking to tell me a little bit about why you are visiting Washington DC, for how long, what you will be doing, how many people will be staying?

-Self Check-In.
-Absolutely No Parties, No Drugs.
-No Smoking or drugs of any kinds such as cocaine, marijuana, cigarettes, tobaccos, vape, etc.
-No Extra Guests (Other than the people who are registered for the trip)
-Surveillance Cameras outside of the unit.
-Please do not lose the remote control for the mood lighting ($50 charge if lost).
-No Pets

If any of the house rules are broken, I have the right to remove you without any refunds and take other necessary legal steps. The DC police station is right behind the building.
