Overview

ePad London is a studio flat on the 1st floor of a 19th century house. You enter through a well lit porch with a desk and large window overlooking the garden.

Ealing is refreshingly leafy. With its University & Ealing Studios in its midst, it has developed a rather interesting vibe. Restaurants, parks, pubs and cafes have cropped up to make it full of life. With Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common underground both within walking distance from the apartment, you can arrive in Soho within 25 minutes (+12 minute walk).

1. Main Living area is the biggest space (4.5x4.5m).
2. Separate shower room and kitchen give you all you need for a short stay.

Ealing is close enough to the centre yet with a vibrant life of its own. It has a lot of things going for it. Impressive green spaces (Gunnersbury Park, the beautiful Walpole Park and Ealing Common), museums such as Sir John Soan's newly restored manor house/gallery and the London Transport Museum.

I’m a freelance creative, living in London. Together with my partner Michael, we visit Malta often. We love houses with character and engaging history. Having done up two old houses on the island that need constant love and attention, gave us the perfect opportunity to visit often. Having recently sold one, we can concentrate on just the one. Sharing our holiday home with other fellow travellers gives us great satisfaction so we love hearing back from our guests. We’d hate to see the house empty at any time of the year because we believe it is people who make a house a home.

Holiday lettings are for a minimum of 5 nights, commencing at 3:00 p.m. (or later) on the day of arrival and ending at 11:00 a.m. (or earlier) on the day of departure.

1. Under no circumstances shall the number of guests occupying the accommodation exceed two.

2. Shoes are to be taken off. Since the apartment is above another, the Holidaymaker must be very quiet at night and light on their feet so as not to disturb people living below.

3. A letting of this accommodation shall be only for the purpose of a holiday letting for the period of time booked.

4. You are responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the accommodation - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by you or your party. These costs may be deducted from your breakages deposit, but are not limited to that amount. You may be billed for the difference between the amount paid as Breakages Deposit and the actual cost of the repairs.

5. The Owner shall not be liable for any damage, loss, expense, inconvenience or personal accident which the Holidaymaker or any third person may incur which arises out of or in any way is connected with the holiday letting of this accommodation.

6. The Owner and other representatives of the Owner shall be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time during any holiday letting.

7. The Holidaymaker shall keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the accommodation, and all immediately surrounding property, in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday letting, and shall leave it in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.

8. The following basic level of cleanliness is required on departure; Cookers and ovens clean and fat-free. Crockery and cutlery washed/dried and put away. Any furniture moved restored to original position. Bins emptied of bin bag and taken out. Failure to meet this standard will result in a cleaning charge against the Holidaymaker’s deposit.

9. The Holidaymaker agrees to follow standard safety procedures when using electrical appliances.

10. The Holidaymaker is responsible for the safekeeping of the keys to the accommodation during the period of occupation. Keys must be left behind as will be instructed at a later stage. It is essential to lock the main door and close all windows when not in the property.

11. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any problem or cause for complaint it is essential that you contact us immediately to give us the chance to resolve it. We value your custom and want you to return!

Getting around

It only takes 12 minutes to walk to either Ealing Broadway or Ealing Common underground and 30 minutes metro journey to Soho so it's super easy to get to the West End.

Ealing Broadway is also on the TFL Rail which takes you to Heathrow in just 24 minutes.
