2. Guests keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned to avoid charges.

3. We conserve energy by avoiding excessive cooling / heating and minimizing electricity usage. Summer months: use A/C responsibly; only when you are there, and turn it off when you are out.
Winter months: temp is set for the entire house and it is lowered during 9-4 on weekdays. Check with us if you work shifts.

4. House rules follow PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
Copy of the house rules is available; the main items are: no visitors or guests unless you are approved in advance; maintain clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, drugs or excessive drinking. No pets.
