Welcome to the Doll House, a historic house in the Hamlet of Andes, in the Catskills mountains! The studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor. What will you like! vaulted ceiling -tower room with bean chairs to relax- a swing chair-a queen bed- a twin bed-full kitchen-large fridge-en-suite bathroom. Great for a max group of four! Not to mention Steinway piano, sauna, pool table! Continental breakfast-cereal, juice, toast, jam, yougurt are included. Full breakfast is offered at extra cost.
The studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic Doll House. The attic apartment is all done in wood. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It has great views and is a funky space with a hammock chair, bean chairs, comfortable sitting area furniture! It has a full kitchen with all the features, including a toaster, an electric kettle, dishes, tea and coffee. There is a potable A/C unit by the queen bed.

The Doll House was lovingly renovated and boasts four bedrooms, master suite, an apartment and a full size basement lounge. The house has four levels. The basement is a "gentlemen's lounge" with a great TV area and a pool table, sauna/sweat room .

The first floor has a kitchen with a full bathroom and three French doors opening to the generous deck, a living room with a Steinway piano and a wood burning fireplace, a parlor/entrance room to the front porch, a room where the manager of the property stays.

The 2nd floor has a master suite w/en suite bathroom, and two bedrooms listed separately. The two bedrooms share a full large-size bathroom.

The house is about 5,000 sq. ft. It has lots of space to accommodate our guests including nearly 2 acres of the surrounding land with lovely perennial gardens, a babbling mountain creek and berry bushes, raspberries, gooseberries and currants among them...
