There are 2 main level bedrooms that are easily accessed. Rest of the house requires some stairs. The upper level room, with 2 full beds, requires a healthy flight of stairs (steeper than average) through one of the bedrooms.

You get access to the entire house.

Recreational center and neighborhood library is 2 blocks to the west. House is walking distance to Dundee business district; 5 minute drive to Blackstone, Midtown Crossing, UNMC and Creighton; 10 minutes to Henry Doorly Zoo, Old Market and TD Ameritrade.

Omaha is a car town. Car or Uber is highly recommended. Buses do go service nearby Dodge St, but I wouldn’t recommend them

2 large vehicle parking spaces in the back. Alley access is from the West side of the block. Typically plenty of street parking also.
