This beautiful, recently renovated two-story home features four bedrooms and three full baths, nestled in a safe, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood in Moreno Valley.

A patio fire pit is available for your use. Propane is not included, but you’re welcome to refill the tank at your convenience.

A BBQ is available for your grilling needs; however, you will need to provide your own charcoal.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the backyard for these activities and ensure all ash and cigarette butts are disposed of properly. Any smoke odor detected inside the house will result in an additional $500 fee.

Please move your gathering indoors if noise can be kept to a minimum, and ensure all doors are closed during quiet hours to prevent disturbing the neighbors.

You will have full access to the entire home during your stay. You will enter through the front door with the code provided. The backyard may occasionally be shared with back unit guests. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.

Before booking, guests should know the following:

House Rules: Please respect the quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Please smoke outside and dispose off properly. Absolutely no parties, and no pets are allowed.

Parking: The home offers driveway parking for up to ONE vehicle. Street parking also available, but please be mindful of local parking regulations. Street cleaning is on Wednesdays from 7am-2pm. Please plan accordingly.

Stairs: The home has two master bedrooms upstairs, so guests with mobility issues should consider that stairs are required to access these rooms.

Check-in/Check-out: Self-check-in is available with a keypad. Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.

Wi-Fi & Workspaces: Each bedroom is equipped with high-speed internet and an office space, making the home ideal for remote workers.

Backyard Access: Guests have full access to the backyard, including a patio, hammock and fire pit, perfect for relaxing evenings.

Additional unit: This property has two separate units. You’ll be staying in the main home, while the guesthouse, which shares a wall with the main home, may be occupied by other guests. The guesthouse has its own private entrance to ensure privacy for everyone. If you see another car parked in the driveway, we are hosting guest in the guesthouse. Please do not disturb guest and do not access the side gate.
