So much to do! Fully equipped condo with all dishes, linens and towels on the third floor. This unit was recently renovated. Updated and modern. Open parking. Space is available for rent at the Marina (contact them direct) if you want to bring your boat for a much needed R&R. Walking distance to the causeway to Indialantic Beaches in one direction (Just 1.76 miles) and walking distance to dining (over 23 restaurants) and shops in the other direction. Directly across the street from the Mansion Restaurant and walking distance to Ichabod’s. We welcome relocations as well since this is conveniently located to almost all of the major employers. Walking distance to boutiques, fabulous restaurants, marina and beaches. We are also located close to Camp Holly airboat rides, Forever Florida ecological park and about an hour from Disney and Universal Studios. Performance Sail and Sport (Pineda Cswy and US 1) offers small beach catamaran rentals and lessons for the day or the week. Brevard Zoo is 15 minutes featuring a new Zip Line where you ride 20 feet+ above the ground through the tree tops. House Rules
**Guests will be sent a policy with all house rules to be signed and returned.** Guest(s) shall not violate any city ordinance or state law in or about the premises. Guest(s) shall not sublet the premises, or any part thereof, or assign this agreement without the written consent of Owner. Guest(s) must not make any alterations or improvements to said premises without written consent of Owner. Guest agrees to abide by all house rules with respect to NO SMOKING, NO FIREWORKS, no loud noise, no fighting, no illegal drugs, no foul odors, proper disposal of refuse, no animals, no illegal parking or improper use of common areas. Guest acknowledges that, unless the Owner is notified immediately upon occupancy, the premises, including the furniture, furnishings and appliances, are in good working order and repair. Guest will keep the premises in a clean and sanitary condition, and will immediately notify the Owner of any damage to the premises or contents, or any inoperable equipment or appliances. Guest will surrender premises in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear accepted. Examples of damages not considered normal wear and tear and subject to withholding of deposit funds includes: • Damage to property or furnishings • Bath towels/sheets that are excessively stained or missing and require replacement • Evidence of cigar or cigarette smoke • Evidence of unauthorized pet • Any additional costs incurred to Owner as a direct result of Guest’s stay This is a non-smoking unit and Guest(s) agrees to pay a $250 fee in addition to the security deposit if there is smoking of any kind inside the unit. Pets are not allowed. “Service Animals” are exempt from the no-pets policy when accompanying a Guest that qualifies as an “individual with a Disability”.

Payment Policy
Full payment is due 45 days prior to check in. Nonpayment of rent 30 days prior to check-in allows management to rebook unit without prior arrangement, and without refund.
Cancellation Policy
There is a full refund of deposit 45 days prior to arrival, with the exception of seasonal bookings Jan. - Mar. After the rent is paid there is no refund for your cancellation. Seasonal deposits ($200) to hold January, February and/or March in advance are non-refundable after August 1st of the preceding year. We highly recommend trip insurance since WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. This insures you if you need to cancel for any reason that would interfere with your trip and/or result in a cancellation.
