Downtown Clayton Townhouse - Clayton

Come enjoy a stay at our new downtown Clayton townhome. Built in 2022, this townhome has spacious living and bedroom areas totaling right at 3000 sq. ft. One of the key attractions is its location to the downtown area. It is a short 2 minute drive or a half mile walk to the downtown area filled with unique stores and boutiques whether you love the outdoors or indoors.
This townhouse is perfect for a large group or can accommodate two families. There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds, a room with a queen, and a fourth bedroom with a queen and full sized bed. There are three full bathrooms and one half bath located on the main floor near the kitchen. Extra blankets, sheets, and pillows are stored in the closets for your comfort. Linens are available for both futons if needed.

The townhouse also has 3 gathering areas: the living room with a smart TV and fireplace; the upstairs loft with a futon and perfect space for gathering; and the finished basement equipped with futon, TV, and several games. The basement has an assortment of games for the kids: table tennis, air hockey, foosball, a giant 4 square, and several board games.

There are a total of 4 TVs in the unit: a 65" smart TV in the living room and flat screens in each masters bedroom and the game area in the basement.

The kitchen comes equipped with all major and several minor appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and waffle iron. There are pots and pans provided along with basic cookware needed. Feel free to use the propane grill located on the back deck. Basic grilling supplies are provided.

Fiber internet is available with plenty of bandwidth for streaming, gaming, or working.
