We are accepting 6 days rentals. This gives us 24 hrs between guests to clean/sanitize the condo before the next guest arrive.
Rentals in July and August are a minimum of 6 days from Sat. to Friday
Airy and private, this 2nd floor apartment of the main house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It has a covered front porch and a back deck. Sleeps 4-6

My space is very Beachy with Tons of Dolphins, you can count them if you like. It boasts a covered front deck and back porch. You will love the decorations, all though you would not want them in your home you don't mind them on vacations

You will be able to access your entire apartment, with your own private entrance and porch. You will have access to the courtyard, laundry facilities (coin operated) and outdoor shower

We check everyone in and out on the day of arrival. We love to mingle with our guests and will give them tips for dinner etc. BUT you will be on your own to enjoy the beach, sun and sand !

Our neighborhood is very quiet and conducive to families. You are within walking distance to many restaurants and the boardwalk ! The beach is only across the street.

You can take a bus to Atlantic City (casinos and shopping) and Philly airport is only about 1.5 hours away during the week:)
the renter will be required to pay 11.625 in addition to the rental daily/weekly or monthly. , there is a $350 refundable security deposit that is due upon arrival. This is required to be in cash and a receipt will be given. We hope to "sea" you at Mikayla's Cove.
YES-, you get beach chairs , umbrella and cooler to take with you to the beach!
