Located in the highly sought after Windsor at Westside Resort with lazy river, water park, pool, tennis courts, fitness center, convenience store, cafe and so much more. We are only a very short 8 miles to the Disney theme parks and 20 miles to Universal Studios for the brand new Epic Universe! Other attractions here in the area include Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Volcano Bay, City Walk, Disney Springs and more!

The BBQ is available for use during your stay with a fee of $50 for your whole stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the BBQ. The propane is usually full but if it is empty it is your responsibility to fill the tank.

If you’d like to heat the pool it is $40 per day. You must let us know if you’d like the pool heated at the time of your booking. We have to turn the heat on hours before you arrive. The pool can take time to heat to your desired temperature due to weather conditions (at times) so please understand if the pool is not at the temperature you would like.



There is complimentary WiFi and there will be NO refunds due to weather, service providers repair, equipment malfunction, or construction repairs in the area.
